Conference attendance is an important part of the BCB Graduate Program as it gives current students opportunities to present their research, learn about research efforts elsewhere, and make connections with others who they may work with in future collaborations.
Funding for conference travel can usually be arranged by pursuing several avenues. Some suggestions are available in the BCB handbook under Grants for Professional Travel here.
