TAKE A BREAK ON FIRST THURSDAY (5-5-04)
Finals week is here, and so are we...with food, drinks and relaxation. Come take a break with us between noon and 2 pm on Thursday, May 6, in the Molecular Biology Building second floor lounge. Please note that there will be no First Thursday dinner this month.
BCB SPRING FACULTY MEETING SET (4-15-04)
The BCB Spring Faculty Meeting will be held on Friday, April 30 at 11:30 a.m. in the Memorial Union Gallery. Lunch will be served at 11:30 a.m. and the meeting will follow from noon to 1:00 p.m. Please let us know by Friday, April 23, whether you plan to attend. If you have any agenda items, please send them to Tori Frjelich.
SPEAKERS FOR APRIL 16 BCB STUDENT SEMINAR (4-12-04)
Lisa Borsuk, Wiesia Mentzen and Sarah Orley are scheduled presenters for the final BCB Student Seminar of spring semester, to be held on Friday, April 16. The seminars will begin at 1:10 pm in 270 Town Engineering. All are welcome to attend.
BCB STUDENT SEMINAR SPEAKERS FOR APRIL 9 (4-6-04)
Speakers for the April 9 BCB Student Seminar will be Xiangyu Cong, Eric Janku and Ying Zheng. The seminars, which are held in 270 Town Engineering and begin at 1:10 pm, are open to the ISU computational biology community.
NO FIRST THURSDAY EVENT IN APRIL (4-1-04)
Due to yesterday's BCB Open House, there will be no First Thursday supper and social today.
APRIL 2 BCB STUDENT SEMINAR SPEAKERS (3-26-04)
Student seminar speakers for the Friday, April 2 BCB Student Seminar will be Ji Lie, Di Wu and Feihong Wu. The seminar will begin at 1:10 pm in 270 Town Engineering. All are welcome.
