Spring Computer Classes for ISU Thesis Preparation (1/16/07 kmw)
If you're planning to graduate anytime soon, be sure to note the following announcement we've received from the Graduate College:
ISU IT Services have announced the Spring 2007 sessions of their LaTeX, LaTeX for Thesis, and MS Word for Thesis classes to help students learn techniques for formatting their theses. Here's a link to the current ITS training offerings and registration instructions, including the LaTeX and Word for Thesis classes: http://www.it.iastate.edu/training/courses/. The classes are free for ISU students (although students will be charged if they register and do not attend without cancellation in advance). The classes fill up quickly, so ask to be put on their waiting list or ask for more classes to be offered after these fill up. Please do not contact the Graduate College about problems with the ITS computer courses. The Graduate College ETD Thesis Spring Seminars will be announced and posted on the Thesis Requirements website later this week.
