In this talk, I will give a summary about ongoing research projects in our group.
- Functional divergence of gene families
- Natural history of human/vertebrate proteomics
- (Microarray) expression diversity among gene families
- Gene Content of complete genomes
- Comparative microarray analysis of human-chimp brain-expressed genes
- Complete single-gene-deletion in yeast: genetic buffering v.s. duplication compensation.
