I was born and raised in a small city in Southern China. I previous studied in Sun Yat-sen University in Guangzhou before moving to Ames. Currently I am interested in developing statistical model and algorithm for the Next Generation Sequencing Data. My Ph. D. thesis focus on novel algorithms for microbiome sequencing data.
